Digital Federal Credit Union, better known as DCU, officially opened its new Member Service Center, located at 2 Broadway (Route 28) in Methuen, MA, on Monday, October 28th, 2019.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was attended by DCU members, city and state officials, local business owners, representatives from local charities that DCU supports, the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, and members of DCU’s management team.
As part of DCU’s commitment to bettering the neighborhoods where its members live and work, DCU team members participated in several community-focused initiatives in Methuen and Lawrence, MA leading up to the Member Service Center’s grand opening.
The new Member Service Center encourages individuals to take control of their everyday banking transactions with three 24-hour indoor ATMs and a drive-up ATM to complete deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Additional Member Service Representatives are on-site to assist with the opening of new memberships, applying for loans, and to provide educational tips.
DCU’s Methuen location is staffed by 12 team members and is managed by Neslihan Erdogan Kazar. The Methuen Member Service Center is open Monday-to-Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
