F&A Federal Credit Union is excited to welcome Michael Welch to the executive team as Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer.
Welch comes to F&A with over 35 years in the lending industry. His most recent position was as Senior Vice President of Lending for American First Credit union where he created innovative targeted lending programs that maximized efficiency for the credit union.

The position is new for F&A and was developed to enhance the loan products and services for F&A’s core membership groups of Los Angeles County Fire and Agriculture, and the cities they contract with to serve.
