This year, SDCCU was also recognized as the 2019 San Diego’s Best of the Best Wellness Employer Elite Award winner.
SDCCU was recognized at a special event on February 12, 2019 at SONY Electronics North America Headquarters in San Diego. The Best and Brightest in Wellness award honors organizations that make their workplaces healthier by implementing innovative and creative approaches to compensation, benefits and employee relations programs. The NABR recognizes companies that appreciate that their employees are the key to their success and go above and beyond to create an enriching and engaging environment for employees to thrive in. Nominees were evaluated on a variety of categories including: Benefits and Programs, Culture and Environment, Employee Input, Leadership, Participation and Incentives.
