Kimberly Gaines promoted to Branch Manager with Aggieland Credit Union

Kimberly Gaines was promoted to Branch Manager with Aggieland Credit Union to run the Northgate Branch, on February 1, 2019.

Kimberly began her career at Aggieland Credit Union in 2009 as a Teller and steadily moved up to Teller II, Head Teller and was most recently the Teller Supervisor at the Bryan Branch. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville.

Kimberly said, “The credit union has proven to be a place of continued progression and opportunity. During my time, I’ve grown tremendously and look forward to serving our members in this new capacity.”

Aggieland Credit Union

Aggieland Credit Union was founded in 1985 by Aggies as a financial cooperative to support fellow Aggies and their families. The credit union is now a subsidiary of Austin-based Greater Texas Credit Union and emphasizes community stewardship, charitable giving, and employee volunteerism. Together with Greater Texas, Aggieland Credit Union offers a wide variety of consumer-oriented banking services to its 80,000 members across the state of Texas. The combined credit union has locations in Bryan-College Station, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Edinburg, and the Dallas-Fort Worth market with assets of nearly $1 billion.
