Blue Federal Credit Union started in Cheyenne 67 years ago as a small credit union on Francis E. Warren Air Force Base. Today, we’re the largest credit union at $1 billion based in the state of Wyoming. We are excited to announce Blue’s Corporate Headquarters will be built right here in the heart of Cheyenne. Blue’s Board of Directors and executive leadership team have been planning the announcement for several months as the land acquisition gained momentum in early 2018.

Blue’s commitment to Cheyenne includes a passion for revitalization. The Cole Shopping Center was a priority in our search for our corporate headquarters. The project is slated to break ground in mid-2019. Blue’s corporate headquarters building will house approximately 170 employees with the capacity to house more than 400 as we continue to grow. The new facility will be designed ‘campus style’ to include our corporate headquarters building, a new Blue FCU Branch, as well as community and retail space. Open outdoor space and community facilities will be incorporated into the plan. The Cole Shopping Center building (SW corner) will be remodeled for retail space that could include eateries and a variety of other retail businesses.
