“Missing Link in Strategic Execution” to be revealed in NAFCU main stage address

In a main stage presentation at the NAFCU 51st Annual Conference and Solutions Expo this week, Deedee Myers, Ph.D., CEO of DDJ Myers (www.ddjmyers.com), will explore how developing mid-level leadership can help credit unions deliver long-term value to their members.

Myers’ address on “The Missing Link in Strategic Execution: Developing Mid-Level Talent,” set for 8:20 a.m. Thursday at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, will focus on developing leadership competencies among managers whose current and future roles involve solving problems and realizing opportunities tied to their credit union’s strategic priorities.

Following this presentation, Deedee Myers will join Peter Myers, Senior Vice President of DDJ Myers, and Tim Tolliver, VP/Integrated Performance Systems, in two breakout sessions at the NAFCU conference at 10:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Thursday on “The Missing Link in Strategic Execution: Developing Mid-Level Talent and the Eight Characteristics of Strategically Oriented Mid-Level Talent.” In addition, Deedee Myers and Peter Myers will speak at a Director’s Roundtable at 10 a.m. Friday.
