VICTORIA, TX (September 20, 2013) -- Century Oaks Title, LLC is excited to announce that Melissa Brown has joined Century Oaks Title as its new Title Operations Manager.
With more than 13 years of experience in the title industry, Brown will manage both the Victoria and Port Lavaca offices and will serve as the main Escrow Officer for both locations. In her new role, Brown has set as her goal to make Century Oaks Title the number one title company in Victoria and Calhoun counties.

Brown holds an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science in Legal Assisting from Del Mar College in Corpus Christi. She is a member of the Texas Land Title Association. Prior to joining Century Oaks Title, Brown served as an Escrow Officer and Funder for Crossroads Title Company and worked for San Jacinto Title in Rockport.
A Texas native, Brown resides in Victoria where she enjoys reading, watching old movies and spending time with her family which includes a nephew preparing to go to college.
