TDECU Chief Financial Officer, Rhonda Kleinecke, Finalist for Houston Business Journal’s 2013 CFO of the Year Award

LAKE JACKSON, TX (August 27, 2013) -- TDECU is proud to recognize Rhonda Kleinecke, their Chief Financial Officer, for her selection as a Houston Business Journal 2013 CFO of the Year award finalist. Now in its seventh year, the annual CFO of the Year program honors Houston-area CFOs for their outstanding performance in providing expert financial advice to their organization’s CEOs and directors.

Kleinecke was chosen as an award finalist in the Large Private Company category from more than 60 nominations of CFOs representing companies covering a diverse range of industries. Industry experts, serving as award judges, evaluated each of the 60 nominees and narrowed their decision to 29 finalists. Kleinecke and the other 28 finalists were selected based on how they implemented strategic plans, achieved or sustained profitable growth, identified and managed risks, displayed visionary leadership and, in some cases, turned around ailing businesses.

“Rhonda is an exemplary CFO, who is a vital contributor to our every day success as an organization. We are very proud of her accomplishment as an award finalist and her representation of TDECU in the community,” said Stephanie Sherrodd, TDECU President and CEO.
