MAPA Systems Inc. and OMI announce Partnership for Mail as a Service

ATLANTA, GA and VALMEYER, IL (July 9, 2013) -- OMI and MAPA Systems Inc. announced today a strategic technology and services agreement to utilize OMI’s Cloud-based Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform to integrate into MAPA Systems Inc. Mail as a Service (MaaS) offering.  This gives MAPA Systems the ability to seamlessly tie internal physical mail processes to an outsourced online service for their clients, and thereby reduce or eliminate infrastructure costs associated with in-house mail processes.

Under the agreement, OMI will provide Cloud CCM services that MAPA customers will use to control outbound and inbound communications. MAPA will also use OMI’s service to onboard new partners and clients, and enable deeper marketing automation and analytics around customer communications.

The integrated OMI – MAPA solution will provide additional customer communication management tools in areas of campaign marketing, email management and online customer service.  According to Brad Banyas, CEO of OMI, the combined capabilities provide substantial value to businesses of all types regardless of size and mail volume.

“We immediately recognized OMI could add value in the onboarding process. Plus, our Print Services Provider (PSP) application interface was a natural fit. In the end, MAPA Systems clients will get a full blown marketing, social and customer facing portal to support all their communications via email, social, direct mail and online.”
