CANTON, NC (June 25, 2013) Champion Credit Union is proud to announce the selection of a Chief Financial Officer.
Brittainy Crawford of Canton joins Champion Credit Union as the Chief Financial Officer. Brittainy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from UNC Chapel Hill. She has worked at Dixon Hughes Goodman, LLP in Asheville since August 2007 and obtained her Certified Public Accountant license in 2008.
Brittainy has served as the Associate Director and Audit Committee Member for Champion Credit Union and on the Finance Committee at Canton Central United Methodist Church. She is affiliated with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the NC Association of Certified Public Accountants. As the Chief Financial Officer, Brittainy will be responsible for the accounting functions of the credit union, the flow of electronic payments, budgeting, asset liability management, and investments.
