N. CHARLESTON, SC (May 29, 2013) The Charleston Chapter of Credit Unions will join forces to direct their charitable giving in 2013—hosting a back-to-school drive, benefiting Lowcountry Orphan Relief.
During the month of June, Charleston credit unions are collecting unisex back packs and new, unopened packages of underwear (all sizes).
Community members are encouraged to bring their donation items to any Charleston credit union branch location.
Donations will be collected and provided to Lowcountry Orphan Relief following the Charleston Chapter of Credit Unions’ next event on July 25 at Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park.
