DES MOINES, IA (May 15, 2013) The Members Group (TMG) today announced the addition of three directors of new client partnerships, Steve Crucq, Mike Ham and Jake Sargent to the payment processor’s regional sales team.

Scott has been with TMG since 1994. “Each of these professionals has vast exposure to financial institutions, and they understand intimately what it takes to achieve measurable results. With their proven track records of developing successful partnerships to help these financial institutions succeed, we are confident they will do the same for TMG and our clients.”
Steve Crucq has extensive executive-level sales and marketing experience with leading financial services companies, including Open Solutions (now part of Fiserv), Vantiv, Fiserv, Discover Financial Services, EDS Corporation, First Data and regional financial institutions. Prior to joining TMG, Crucq was area vice president for Open Solutions. He began his career at financial institutions in Louisiana and has experience in nearly every aspect of financial institution operations, including commercial and retail business development, commercial lending, correspondent banking, telecommunications, branch management and data processing.
Crucq resides in Florida and will be covering many of the southeastern states, including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, and Mississippi.
Mike Ham brings a wealth of experience in the payments, card, mortgage, banking and investment product areas to TMG. Ham has served as market manager for JPMorgan Chase and in market growth and business development roles for Wells Fargo covering financial institutions in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. He has also held national sales positions at UBS Investment Bank, Citigroup, The Royal Bank of Scotland and Centex Corporation among other management roles with various entities in the financial services industry throughout his career.
Ham resides in Texas and will be covering many of the central states, including Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Wyoming, Montana, Missouri, Illinois and Wisconsin.
Jake Sargent joined TMG in 2011 as a product consultant for the prepaid department. Prior to joining the company, he managed two national-brand retail outlets. Both his experience on the prepaid team and his knowledge of retail environments provide TMG clients and prospects with unique consumer insights.
Based out of TMG’s corporate headquarters in Des Moines, Sargent will cover the upper Midwest territory for TMG, including Iowa, Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Nebraska and Kansas. He will also act as a liaison between TMG and the company’s strategic partners.
TMG Directors Mike Cebrick and Lesley Hastings will remain in their respective areas (Northeast and West Coast). The expanded sales team will continue to serve under Scott’s leadership.
