DuPage Credit Union to Hold Community Blood Drive at Naperville Location

NAPERVILLE , IL (May 13, 2013) DuPage Credit Union will hold a Blood Drive, which is open to the community, to benefit Heartland Blood Centers from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Friday, May 31st at its Naperville Branch Office, 790 Royal St. George Drive.

“Credit Union Team Members and their families have benefitted from this life-giving gift and it’s important that we pay it forward,” said Vice President of Business Solutions, Amy Brandt, as to why the Credit Union is holding this event. “We have set a goal with Heartland Blood Centers in number of units drawn and hope to surpass it.”

All donors who give blood during the event will receive a $10 Target Gift Card, courtesy of Heartland Blood Center, and will be entered into a drawing for a $50 DuPage Credit Union Visa® Gift Card.

The community blood drive is the latest in an ongoing effort by DuPage Credit Union to give back to the communities in which it serves through fundraisers, drives and other advocacy projects.
