HUNT VALLEY, MD (May 3, 2013) – Atlantic Financial Federal Credit Union (AFFCU) held its 62nd Annual Meeting and announced the 2013 Board of Directors election results on April 15, 2013.
For the 2013 term, Michael Spencer will continue to serve as AFFCU’s Board Chairman. David Botzler, executive vice president of Dunbar Armored, was elected Vice Chairman. PDP Group CFO Charles Feihe was elected Treasurer and Miquelle Koonce, Director of Finance for Maryland Chamber of Commerce, will serve as Secretary.
Former AFFCU President and CEO, Richard Webb, was elected to the Board of Directors to serve a three year term. Additionally, Theodore Prioleau and Botzler will also serve three year terms on AFFCU’s Board.
Angie Barnett, CEO of Better Business Bureau Greater Maryland, was elected to serve a two year term. Wade Walters and Koonce will serve a one year term on the Board.
