Company adds experience, bolsters product and partnership divisions –
PROVO, UT (April 2013) — MoneyDesktop, a provider of online banking-based personal financial management (PFM) solutions to banks and credit unions, announced today that it has enhanced its management team through the additions of Pete Halenar as vice president of strategic partnerships and Neeraj Joshi as group product manager.
As VP of strategic partnerships, Halenar is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with MoneyDesktop’s integration partners and growing the company’s partnership network. Prior to joining MoneyDesktop, Halenar served as vice president of business development, partnerships and alliances for St. Petersburg, Fla.-based PSCU Financial Services. Previously, he served as the VP of business relationship management for Prudential Financial. Halenar has more than 20 years of financial service industry experience, holding leadership positions at financial technology companies such as Continuity Control and Open Solutions.
Joshi brings more than 10 years of financial services experience to the MoneyDesktop team, previously working with companies such as GE Capital and Intuit. While at Intuit, Joshi helped the company integrate the Mint.com business into their personal finance group and helped launch Mint Canada. He also served as the primary thought leader of Intuit Data Services. As group product manager, Joshi will oversee planning and development for MoneyDesktop’s online and mobile technology solutions, managing the end-to-end process of all product offerings.
