Nicole Clemens, FX Networks Executive, Rounds Out Think 13 Conference Lineup

Featured Speaker from Highly Competitive World of TV to Share Lessons for Credit Unions

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (April 8, 2013) – The (script) doctor will be in the house on Tuesday, April 30, as Nicole Clemens, Senior Vice President of Series Development at FX Networks, rounds out a distinguished lineup of featured speakers at THINK 13.

Clemens will be focusing her presentation on the risks involved with taking a television show from concept through to production, and the rewards to be had from pushing the envelope with edgy original programming. Managing risk and change is behind the conference theme of “Disrupt Business as Usual,” with a roster of out-of-the-box thinkers sharing their insights on how credit unions can approach risk and produce transformative change.

Clemens cut her teeth in the entertainment industry as an executive at Spelling Television, then headed to ICM Partners, a major talent and literary agency. She was a book-to-film/television agent before being promoted to head up the motion picture literary department, where she presided over an impressive list of clients, including writers and directors such as Kurt Sutter (Sons of Anarchy), Neil LaBute (Death at a Funeral), Jason Winer (Modern Family, 1600 Penn), Harald Zwart (The Karate Kid), as well as actors like Samuel L. Jackson and Josh Gad. She joined FX in June 2012.
