DES MOINES, IA — Five Iowa credit unions and the Iowa Credit Union League (ICUL) received Diamond and Category’s Best Awards at the 2013 CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council (CMBDC) Conference on March 26. The awards recognize outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the credit union industry.
Awards are given in 33 categories ranging from advertising to community events, and are presented by the CUNA CMBDC, a national network comprised of more than 1,000 credit union marketing and business development professionals.
“The Diamond Award competition is the most prestigious competition for excellence in marketing and business development in the credit union industry,” said Michelle Hunter, CMBDC Chair. ”Credit unions and associations that received these awards should be extremely proud of their accomplishments and know that their work represents the very best examples of creativity, innovation, relevance and execution.”
