Veteran HR Professional Wins Award in Medium-sized Company Category
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA (April 4, 2013) – Monique Little, chief people officer at First Tech Federal Credit Union, the nation’s leading credit union serving employees and family members of America’s technology sector, was honored with an HR Leadership Award by the Portland Business Journal at a luncheon on March 21. Little, one of three finalists in the medium-sized company category for businesses with 150-499 employees, was named HR leader of the year in her category.

Little oversees First Tech’s HR, Employee Development, Internal Communications and Community Relations functions. She’s been with the organization for seven years. Prior to joining First Tech, Little was Vice President and Senior HR Partner with Columbia Management. She is actively involved in professional and community organizations serving as a member of the TOA HR Committee.
