The selection criterion for this distinction is to have demonstrated in the previous two years a commitment to furthering World Council’s efforts in international credit union development. These efforts include his invaluable expertise and volunteer work through the League of Southeastern Credit Union’s partnership with FEDEAC in Costa Rica, hosting numerous delegations from World Council and overseas in exchanges that have produced positive results on the visiting credit unions.
