SunCorp Moves to New Office for Member Savings

WESTMINSTER, CO (February 21, 2013) --- SunCorp recently relocated operations to a new building in Westminster, Colorado.  The new office is expected to reduce operating expenses, saving members approximately $350,000 annually.

Kim Withers, SunCorp Board Chair and CEO of Meridian Trust FCU in Cheyenne, WY stated “SunCorp was able to secure a property that will bring value to our member owners for subsequent years, as well as, saving the organization thousands of dollars in leasing costs.”

After several months of careful analysis on the purchase and relocation decision, the move was completed during the January 19-21 holiday weekend.  The transition went smoothly, with very few disruptions to normal operations.  In addition, SunCorp was able to successfully test and execute its business resumption plans during the weeks surrounding the transition.  The many hours spent by SunCorp’s dedicated staff in preparation for the move helped to make this a big success for SunCorp’s members.
