SAN DIEGO, CA (Feb. 12, 2013)--San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution, held a highly successful fundraising campaign called “Presents for Paws,” benefitting the San Diego Humane Society and SPCA.

Through a link on its website, www.sdccu.com, SDCCU hoped to raise $10,000 for the San Diego Humane Society, according to Teresa Halleck, president & CEO of San Diego County Credit Union. Donors were also encouraged to enter a photo of their pet for a chance to win a prize. Photos submitted were shared on SDCCU’s Facebook page, which helped encourage participation.
