Erica’s new position allows her to manage, coach and partner with a team consisting of NDFCU’s Retail Branches and Virtual Branch (call center), the Direct Retail Lending Group, Branch Training, Branch Operations and Mortgage Services. Erica’s team delivers personalized, honest advice and educates members on how Notre Dame FCU’s variety of products and services will help improve their financial condition.
Erica’s expertise is attributed to her ten years of management experience, six years of recruiting expertise and coaching to top levels of sales and service performance. Her former employers include Wells Fargo Bank, Whirlpool, and Memorial Health System. She has a passion for people and empowers others to think outside of the box.
