Freedom Credit Union celebrated the grand re-opening of their Sears Branch, located in the Sears Building at Cottman and Bustleton Avenues in Philadelphia. This Branch has recently been expanded and completely renovated to better serve its Members.
The grand re-opening event took place Saturday, January 12th and included loan discounts, new member incentives, free food and refreshments, prizes, chair massages, kids’ activities, and music from WOGL 98.1. Freedom welcomed over 250 guests to the event including Pennsylvania State Representative John P. Sabatina who helped with the ribbon cutting ceremony.
Freedom’s President and CEO, Lee T. MacMinn, was thrilled to see so many Members, both new and old, at the event. “We are very excited to have the opportunity to better serve our Members with our newly renovated Sears branch. We’ve listened to member requests and made the branch larger, more accessible, and with additional hours. The grand re-opening event was our way of thanking our loyal Members for their continued business at this branch over the years.”
