24/7 lending and member service center continues growth
ELGIN, IL, January 10, 2013 – Lending Solutions, Inc. (LSI) finished off 2012 with a bang - processing over 500,000 loan applications in a single year for the first time in its history. The 500,000th app was taken on behalf of longtime client Partners Federal Credit Union (Orlando, Florida) on December 29, 2012. 2012 proved to be a banner year for the company in many ways, as it set records for total calls answered, indirect loans handled, and overall transactions processed.
Lending Solutions started processing loan applications over the phone for credit unions in 1995, and has since added channels and services including online lending, indirect underwriting, mortgage operations, collections outsourcing, and complete member service transactions. The company, founded by industry consultant Rex Johnson, continues to maintain a steady rate of growth each year and in July of 2012 opened its second contact center – a 20,000 square foot facility in Naperville, IL.
