GRAND RAPIDS, MI – December 31, 2012 - West Michigan-based data processing CUSO, CU*Answers, has completed another successful session of “Dashboard Deep Dives.” The weekly initiative is hosted by CU*Answers CEO, Randy Karnes, and numerous CU*Answers experts. The focus of the Dashboard Deep Dives is to guide credit unions utilizing CU*Answers’ flagship core data processing system, CU*BASE®, towards “click of a button” dashboard tools and to provide business intellect on how each criteria can drive new opportunities.
The Deep Dive session hosted on December 12th was focused on Member Retention by Age Group and Member Retention by Year Opened—allowing credit unions to grasp when individuals are opening memberships and tracking what the retention is over time. On December 19, Karnes explored Account Retention by Age Group/Year Opened—a similar function, but specifically for review of sub-accounts. On December 27, CU*Answers reviewed the Relationship Analysis tool—a quick and easy way to segment the membership by age ranges and gender for use in analytics or member communications.
CU*Answers will conclude the Dashboard Dives on January 3 and 8.
