BBVA Compass-Cardtronics ATM branding relationship delivers 178 additional fee-free ATMs to BBVA Compass customers
HOUSTON, Dec. 4, 2012 – Cardtronics (NASDAQ: CATM) today announced—as part of a newly formed ATM branding relationship—customers of Sunbelt region financial institution BBVA Compass now have fee-free cash access at 178 Cardtronics-owned and -operated retail ATMs located in Colorado. With $63.1 billion in assets, Birmingham, Ala.-based BBVA Compass ranks among the top 25 largest U.S. commercial banks based on deposit market share.
In Colorado, BBVA Compass deepens its fee-free ATM footprint primarily in Denver and Colorado Springs, choosing select Valero Corner Store and Safeway supermarket locations from Cardtronics’ portfolio of brand-able retail ATMs. Additionally, every Costco in Colorado (12 total locations) now has a Cardtronics-owned, BBVA Compass-branded ATM.
All BBVA Compass-branded ATMs are available today and searchable using the BBVA Compass branch and ATM locator, available at bbvacompass.com, as well as through all BBVA Compass mobile banking apps.
