MADISON, Wis. — The Credit Union Executives Society and Industry Insights, Dublin, Ohio, are collaborating to offer CUES Interactive Staffing Guide, a dynamic online reporting system to help benchmark and manage staffing levels, turnover and efficiency. Credit union participation is being requested now, with the guide slated for release in March.

This staffing resource will be a continuously updated, fluid product that focuses solely on credit unions, and offers robust data to help enhance credit union efficiencies.
Michael M. Becher, CPA, senior project director of Industry Insights comments, “By partnering with CUES, we are confident we’ve developed a must-have resource to help credit unions achieve the right balance of appropriate staffing levels within budget to support outstanding member service.”
“Our collaboration with Industry Insights takes the former CUES Staffing Manual for Credit Unions to a whole new level,” says Fred Johnson, president/CEO of CUES. “Their ability to customize data collection and analytics delivers more sophisticated information than ever before. For the benefit of the whole credit union movement, everyone should consider participating today.”
