The Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD) is excited to announce that CUAD Compliance InfoSight is now available to all affiliated credit unions in North and South Dakota. CUAD was the 42nd credit union state league to sign on with League InfoSight, Inc., a Georgia based corporation.
CUAD Compliance InfoSight is a new, free online compliance resource for CUAD members. It is completely web-based, providing credit union staff, management, and volunteers 24/7 access to compliance questions, as well as a wide range of topics and issues that affect credit union operations on a federal and state level. Each participating state league creates and updates their information, which is then shared across state lines, giving users access to the information from all the other states. Currently 45 state credit union leagues and the Credit Union National Association participate in InfoSight, which is not only a vast repository of completely searchable federal compliance information, but also a storehouse of state-specific data.
CUAD is pleased to bring such an affordable, valuable, and needed service to our member credit unions. “We are always looking for ways to better serve our member credit unions, and this new service is another key addition to the value and service that our member credit unions receive from the Association” says Amy Kleinschmit, Director of Compliance. “We believe that CUAD Compliance InfoSight will help our credit unions to stay on top of the most important issues on which regulators and examiners focus. It supports and enhances our current compliance services” she added.
Headquartered in Bismarck, Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD) is the trade association serving credit unions in the Dakotas. CUAD serves 73 credit unions in North and South Dakota, serving over 406,000 members, with assets in excess of $4.6 billion. For more information about CUAD visit our website at www.cuad.coop
