Grand Rapids, Michigan – November 19th, 2012 - During the past several weeks, Xtend, Inc., the Grand Rapids, Michigan-based multi-owned cooperative CUSO, has provided call center and back office assistance to three credit unions during their data processing conversions. Drummond Island, Michigan-based DeTour Drummond Community Credit Union ($30M in assets; 2K members), Columbus, Ohio-based State Transportation Employees Credit Union ($40M in assets; 8K members) and Riverside, California-based RAFE Federal Credit Union ($23M in assets; 4K members), converted to CU*BASE®, the credit union-owned solution from Grand Rapids, Michigan-based core data processing CUSO CU*Answers, Inc.
“The past year has been a very busy time for our conversion support teams,” says Xtend President Scott Collins, “and this past month has been an exclamation point on an exciting 2012 for both Xtend and our partners in the cuasterisk.com network. Of the three new credit union partners joining the network, two engaged our Xtension contact center to provide inbound call support for their members during the two-week period following their conversion. And our back office teams are performing a variety of daily tasks for all three for a period of up to ninety days.”

All three credit unions deployed CU*BASE in an online environment, with DeTour Drummond Community CU and State Transportation Employees CU hosted by CU*Answers, Inc. and RAFE FCU hosted by Liberty Lake, Washington-based CUSO CU*Northwest, Inc.
