eDOC Hosts eTLC Strategy Session

GRAND RAPIDS, MI– November, 16th 2012 - eDOC Innovations brought credit unions from Wisconsin to Florida together for a strategic collaborative session on Core Image Processing; topics covered included education on building an electronic culture, technology tools, legal requirements and compliance.  Subject experts presented thought provoking ideas on electronic document processing, the mechanics and compliance of electronic signatures, strategic plan development, integrating check processing, and more.

Chris Zelenock, VP of Lending for AAC Credit Union comments, “Our staff loves DocuSign, and the direction we are taking with eDOC solutions towards a paperless environment. Every eSign document sent out resulted in a loan. Attending the eTLC seminar gave us more information on how to best utilize these solutions. We learned a lot.” concludes Zelenock.

The speakers at the eTLC seminar included: David Wolfe, Attorney at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis, John Beauchamp, Electronic Document Manager at CU*Answers, Harley Dell, ECMp., Sales Manager at eDOC Innovations.  A live interactive webinar by DocuSign was also part of the strategy session. Day two of the event was a hand’s on training by eDOC Implementation Specialist Dave Etterman. eDOC is looking forward to offering similar seminars in the coming months.
