Landings Credit Union announced today that President and CEO Brian Lee will be stepping down from his position on April 23, 2025, to accept a new CEO role. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the organization’s foundation and deepening its connection with the community.
To ensure continued stability and service to members, the Board of Directors has appointed experienced banking executive Cecilia Ashe as Interim CEO.

with the experience to guide us through this transition. Our members can rest assured in her ability to lead with stability and purpose.”
Ashe continues her professional journey with Landings Credit Union with over 40 years of experience in financial services, including leadership in lending, marketing, and operations. She is a graduate of the Southern Methodist University Graduate School of Banking and has completed numerous leadership development programs.
Her professional strengths are matched by a deep commitment to community engagement. Ashe is actively involved with organizations such as The Centers for Habilitation, Prestamos Women’s Business Center, and the AZ Microcredit Initiative, among others.
The Board will continue to evaluate leadership needs as the transition progresses, ensuring the organization remains focused on its mission and long-term goals.
