OMNI Community Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Amanda Feltner to Mortgage Loan Officer, effective March 1, 2025. Amanda joins Mortgage Loan Officer Courtney Shirey in leading OMNI’s mortgage services, reinforcing the team’s expertise, dedication, and commitment to helping members achieve their homeownership dreams.
In her new role, Amanda will guide members through every stage of the home financing journey. With over a decade of experience in consumer lending, she is passionate about providing personalized support and the tools necessary to help members navigate the home-buying process with confidence. From exploring financing options to improving credit readiness, she is dedicated to making homeownership accessible and achievable for all.

Amanda’s journey with OMNI began in 2012 as a part-time teller. She later advanced to a full-time teller position before spending nine years in the Contact Center. In August 2023, she transitioned to the Mortgage team, bringing her wealth of lending experience. She is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Management at Kellogg Community College.
Working alongside Amanda is seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer Courtney Shirey, who has been an integral part of OMNI’s mortgage team since 2019. Courtney’s path to the mortgage department closely mirrors Amanda’s—starting as a part-time teller before holding various roles in the Call Center, Lending and Operation Departments, and Retail Management. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University, Courtney brings a deep understanding of financial services and a passion for helping members achieve their homeownership goals.
