TwoScore, the nation’s leading boutique marketing agency focused exclusively on credit unions, is proud to announce the promotion of Elizabeth Garster to Executive Vice President.
In her new role, Garster will oversee the agency’s client strategies, lead the firm’s marketing efforts, and help make sure TwoScore continues to run smoothly as it grows. She’ll be working closely with both the team and clients to strengthen relationships and bring fresh, practical ideas that help credit unions thrive.
“Liz has been with me since the beginning,” said Amanda Thomas, TwoScore’s founder. “We go way back – even before TwoScore – to our days working together at a credit union in Ohio. She was the very first full-time employee I hired here, and she’s played a huge role in shaping how we work with clients and what our company stands for. Her creativity, leadership, and dedication have been a big reason why so many of our clients are leading the way in the industry. This new role is a natural next step for her, and I couldn’t be more excited.”
Garster’s promotion comes as TwoScore celebrates its 10th anniversary – a milestone that reflects not just longevity, but consistent growth. The company has seen double-digit growth year over year and recently expanded its team to support more credit union clients across the United States.

In this new role, Garster will focus on:

- Making sure clients continue to receive a great experience, with a team that feels like a true extension of their credit union
- Leading TwoScore’s marketing efforts to grow the agency’s presence in the credit union space
