American 1 Credit Union is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest full-service branch in Battle Creek, located at 1 Bedford Road N. This exciting addition is now open!
This location marks the credit union’s second branch in Calhoun County, furthering its mission to provide exceptional financial services to the local community. The Battle Creek Branch will feature drive-thru lanes, a drive-up ATM, and extended hours for added convenience. To celebrate, American 1 Credit Union will host a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, May 23, from 11 AM to 1 PM. Community members are invited to join in the celebration, with complimentary snacks and beverages provided.
Leading this new branch is Maryanne Vanderkamp, Battle Creek Branch Manager. Vanderkamp joins American 1 Credit Union with 15 years of customer service management experience. Most recently, she served as a Branch Manager for a local financial institution in the Battle Creek area, showcasing her expertise in leadership and member-focused service.
As Branch Manager, Vanderkamp will report to Renee Underwood, Western Regional Manager.
