Pagan’s career has been dedicated to amplifying the voices of credit unions and ensuring they remain at the forefront of their communities. One of his most notable accomplishments was leading marketing and outreach initiatives focused on serving Hispanic communities, efforts that earned the Juntos Avanzamos (Together We Advance) designation from Inclusiv, recognizing his credit union’s commitment to empowering Hispanic and immigrant communities. Pagan brings this same passion and expertise to TwoScore, where he will help credit unions craft compelling, member-focused marketing strategies that enhance member engagement and long-term growth.
