SESLOC Credit Union is proud to announce the recent hirings of two new executives to the company: Aaron Bresko as Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, and Jennifer Ofner as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Development.

Prior to joining SESLOC, Bresko worked at BECU in Tukwila, Washington, where he served for over 30 years rising to the role of Vice President of Lending. In his new role, he will be responsible for SESLOC’s mortgage, consumer lending, and collections departments.

As a strategic leader, Bresko will lead several initiatives guided towards improving the member experience, implementing a CDFI grant program, and long-term strategic growth across the SESLOC’s nine-county footprint. He earned a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Washington, and a Master of Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University.

“Aaron brings deep knowledge of lending products and processes to the Central Coast, which will strengthen and optimize our current offering and bolster our commitment to the credit union philosophy of people helping people. I look forward to working with him towards the continued growth and evolution of our lending operations,” said Mike Quamma, President and CEO of SESLOC.

A native of the Central Coast, Ofner was previously the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Community West Bank of Fresno. In her new role, she will be responsible for many facets of SESLOC’s human resources planning and management, including organization development, performance management, talent acquisition, and training and development.

Her approach to human resources is centered on investing in people as the common theme and is a strong proponent of recommending data-driven solutions. Ofner earned her bachelor’s degree from UCLA and has completed graduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Washington.

“Jennifer embodies the spirit of our credit union, and what it means to lead by serving. I am excited to lean on her 20 years of experience to further develop our staff to provide the best service for our member-owners,” said Quamma.
