Madison, Wis. – The coming year’s executive committee and officers for the CUNA CFO Council were announced during the council’s 17th annual CUNA CFO Council Conference, which took place May 15-18, in San Diego, Calif. This is a result of the most recent annual election by the council membership in the months preceding the conference.
David D'Annunzio, senior vice president and chief financial officer for Heritage Trust FCU in Charleston, S.C. was named the council chair. Brandon Michaels, chief financial officer for Mazuma CU in Kansas City, Mo is the vice chair and Kevin Durrance, chief financial officer for Old Hickory CU in Old Hickory, Tenn. is the secretary/treasurer.
During recent elections, Suzanne Weinstein, chief financial officer for Orlando FCU in Orlando, Fla. and William Kennedy, chief financial officer for Jersey Shore FCU in Northfield, N.J. were elected to the executive committee. They replace outgoing members Dan LeClerc, president/CEO for GHS FCU in Binghamton, N.Y. and Steve Smith, chief financial officer for Sharonview FCU in Fort Mill, S.C. Mary Torsney, senior vice president and chief financial officer for Financial Partners CU in Downey, Calif. was appointed to replace Peg Lamb, former chief financial officer for Marine CU in LaCrosse, Wis.
The committee is rounded out by:
- Robert Warren Jr., senior vice president and chief financial officer of Virginia CU in Richmond, Va.;
- Kevin Brueseke, chief operating officer and chief financial officer for the Missouri Credit Union Association.
