Rock Hill, S.C. (February 26, 2025) |

Reaffirming its commitment to driving positive change in the community, The Community Partnership Foundation (The CPF) awarded $35,000 to 13 local nonprofits at its recent "Spread the Love” luncheon. The CPF reviews and distributes grants twice a year, in the spring and fall, to upstate South Carolina organizations committed to advancing the quality of life in the region. Applicants must have a 501c3 status or be obtaining one and ensure the funds will be used in the community.

“The Community Partnership Foundation relies on love in many ways,” said Jonathan Meeks, board chair of The CPF. “Love isn’t about ‘I’ but ‘we’. Love produces community. Because of our love and support for one another, our Foundation can thrive, making our community a better place for all.”
The recipients of the 2024 Fall Grants were: A Place for Hope, INC, Above and Beyond Tutoring, Adult Enrichment Centers, Catawba Area Coalition for the Homeless, Fort Mill Care Center, Hooves and Hands, Omegas of Rock Hill, Inc., Palmetto Community Health Care, RideAbility Therapeutic Center, Rock Hill Kappa Foundation, Rock Hill Theatre, The Foundation of Rock Hill Schools and York County Pearls of Promise.
Applications for Fall 2025 grants will open in May 2025. For the first time, organizations in Greenville County, in addition to those in York County, SC, are invited to request up to $5,000 in funding through The CPF’s website, www.thecommunitypartnershipfoundation.org.
