Texans Credit Union (Texans), a leading credit union in North Texas, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ramana (Ramy) Sakthivel as vice president of data analytics. In this new role, Ramy will lead the credit union’s data analytics strategy and data science initiatives, positioning Texans as a leader in delivering data-driven strategies and innovative solutions to its members.

Ramy is an accomplished IT leader with a successful track record of directing the development and launch of enterprise data science and analytical products to Texans. He has a proven ability to drive impactful data and product initiatives to build scalable and competitive solutions. Known for his problem-solving abilities and strong leadership skills, Ramy has consistently fostered high-performing, cross-functional teams that deliver results aligned with business objectives.
Before joining Texans, Ramy led data initiatives at a credit union with over $4 billion in assets. There, he led initiatives that improved processing efficiency through a new data platform. In addition, he enhanced data-driven decision-making across the organization. Ramy also held product leadership roles in the healthcare industry, where he led product development and initiatives that resulted in operational improvements and higher customer satisfaction.
