Effective November 4, 2024, OMNI Community Credit Union was pleased to promote Nicole Kasper to Chief Retail Officer.
In her new role, Nicole looks forward to broadening her support for OMNI and enhancing the member-focused approach across all retail teams. She aims to continue empowering the team to make a greater impact by ensuring they have the training and resources needed to best serve members while fostering opportunities for professional growth.
“I’m committed to setting attainable lending and service targets that support sustainable growth. I also aim to continue enhancing our welcoming environment, where every team member feels valued and equipped to succeed,” Nicole said.
Beginning her career in retail banking 20 years ago, Nicole has worked in numerous roles throughout her journey. Starting as a teller and working her way to various lending positions, she arrived at OMNI in 2015, where she has held several positions beginning as Assistant Branch Manager, moving to Retail Sales and Development Manager, and Director of Retail. Her experience has allowed her to support the growth of team members, oversee branch performance, and ensuring the organization’s goals align with OMNI’s mission.

Throughout Nicole’s career, she has one piece of advice that has stuck with her – stay grounded in your ‘why’. She states, “I’ve found that the purpose behind our work, the ‘why’, is what ultimately drives success and fulfilment. Understanding this has been crucial in helping me make decisions and inspiring others to achieve their best.”
Nicole has been a Battle Creek resident for 17 years. She is actively involved within the Battle Creek Area Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as a Board Member and sits on the Finance Committee. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
