The Community Partnership Foundation accepting applications for grant cycle

Continuing to drive positive change in its community, The Community Partnership Foundation (The CPF) is accepting applications for grants now through December 17, 2024. York County nonprofits – including those designated as a 501(c)(3), in the process of obtaining a 501(c)(3) status or operating under another organization’s 501(c)(3) umbrella – are invited to apply for up to $5,000 of funding through The CPF’s website, www.thecommunitypartnershipfoundation.org.

Placing an emphasis on programs that connect people, ideas and investments to positively impact the community, preference will be given to organizations that demonstrate a substantial impact on residents’ quality of life. Through its bi-annual grant-giving, The CPF has distributed over $200,000 to local nonprofits that share its vision for a stronger, happier community.

“We encourage all eligible nonprofits to apply and reach out with any questions,” said Jonathan Meeks, board chair of The Community Partnership Foundation.  “We hope to create a brighter future for everyone and eagerly anticipate supporting the missions of local organizations.”

Previous grant recipients include: Above and Beyond Tutoring, Bethel Shelters, Bright Side Youth Ranch, Chasing the Wake, Children's Attention Home, Inc., Defend the Fatherless, Girls on the Run Tri County SC, Liv to Gro, Inc., Love N Cherish Family Center, Inc., Mercy House, NAMI Piedmont Tri-County, Power of PROGENY Foundation, Rock Hill Sigmas Foundation, Rock Hill Schools Education Foundation, Steppin' High and York County Pearls of Promise Foundation, Inc.
